We are excited to announce the opening of our Assessment and Cardiac Rehab Center which will open in the Spring of 2022.  Located at 27555 Ynez Road in Temecula, the program is designed to help people with heart disease regain strength and develop a healthier lifestyle in order to reduce the risk of future heart problems.  As part of the cardiac rehabilitation program, evaluations will be performed to assess physical abilities, medical limitations and other health conditions.  From this,  a personalized program  will be created to meet the patient’s needs.  This program which will include an exercise program to improve cardiovascular fitness, lifestyle education to support healthy food choices and to break other unhealthy habits, and ongoing support to help patients who may suffer depression and/or anxiety over a new heart disease diagnosis.
